I had a very positive experience at Sukoon Psychiatric Hospital. The environment is calm, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, the ambience itself feels therapeutic. The reception staff are professional and friendly, and the doctors are experienced, patient, and understanding. I received warm guidance from the Customer Delight Manager, which made the entire process smooth. I visited for rTMS treatment and truly appreciated the exceptional support from Laxmi Priya ma’am throughout. Dr. Rahul was very attentive, he took time to listen, explain the procedure clearly, and even connected with my curiosity about the neuroscience behind it. He took careful measurements to identify my brain’s stimulation points before beginning the sessions, ensuring everything was precise and personalized. After my first session, I felt comfortable and hopeful, and as advised by the doctors, I understood the real improvements would unfold over a few weeks.
