Since I cannot comment on your erroneous response, providing my comments here. I would like to correct a few inaccuracies in your statement. The appointment was communicated to me as a window between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM, not a specific, designated time. Given the absence of a fixed slot, I proactively followed up at 11:17 AM to ask when I should join. I was informed it would take another 4–5 minutes. Around 11:25–11:30 AM, I was asked to join the link. As the timing had not been clearly defined, I requested five minutes to get to my laptop and joined shortly thereafter — well within the 11:00–12:00 PM window that had been communicated to me. Upon joining, I was informed that the doctor was in another consultation and that I would need to wait 5–10 minutes. The wait extended significantly beyond that, and the consultation ultimately did not take place. It is therefore inaccurate to state that I “did not join within my allotted slot.” I joined within the communicated time window, and I have timestamped messages reflecting this. At no point were any harsh language used. My concern was regarding the lack of a clearly assigned appointment time and the resulting overlap. If multiple patients are given the same broad window, such scheduling conflicts are inevitable. I value professionalism and clear communication, and my expectation was simply mutual respect for time and accurate representation of events. Original review: Highly unprofessional staff. We were made to wait nearly two hours for our appointment, and when she finally decided to see us, her behaviour was shockingly unprofessional. She was rude, barely responded to anything we said, and spent the entire time texting, taking calls, and acting completely disinterested. It genuinely felt like we were wasting her time, not the other way around. Overall, a terrible and unacceptable experience.

The pleasant personality of Dr. Sheenam Goyal facilitated us to share our all sorts of issues which assisted in identifying the triggers and to achieve the goals timely. Her patience and considerate approach, along with her team helped to sail through storms in controlled manner . Assurance of being available at all time instilled the faith in us that there is nothing to worry, they are present for hand holding.
