Counselor sir counselling was very beneficial to me. He took session for 2 hours. He patiently listened to all my worries related to all aspects of life. He found the root issue and explained clearly how to reduce stress levels. He talked about few techniques to practise at home regularly to have control over mind and also eating habits. The counselor was of great help. He is very understanding and spends a lot of time with clients. His methods are much better than many others.please do pay him a visit if you have any personal or family issues.
